Ireland's ten-year national capital investment plan and the financing pillar of Project Ireland 2040. Originally published as the renewed NDP 2021-2030, it was reviewed and republished on 22 July 2025 with EUR 275.4 billion in planned capital expenditure to 2035 (an additional EUR 34 billion over the prior plan, including EUR 10 billion equity for strategic energy, water and transport projects). Allocates investment across housing, transport, energy, water, health and education.
