Companies Act governing establishment, governance, supervisory boards, restructuring and dissolution of business entities, including joint-stock companies in which the State holds ownership. Provides the corporate-governance basis relevant to state-owned enterprises that deliver and operate public infrastructure. A new Companies Act (90/2025) harmonises with EU Directives 2017/1132 and 2019/1151 and applies from 1 January 2026.
