New general framework law for public procurement of goods, services and works, published 24 June 2024 and in force from 22 April 2025. Replaces Ley 30225, unifies procurement platforms, creates the OECE (replacing OSCE), and governs selection procedures, contract execution and responsibilities of public entities and suppliers.
