Overview

Establishes the general rules and principles for the preparation, elaboration, approval, execution, financial programming and accounting of the General State Budget (OGE). It governs the budget cycle within which public investment (PIP) appropriations are authorized and executed, replacing the prior framework (Lei 15/10).
