The National Public Investment Subsystem (SNIP) and its electronic platform e-SNIP constitute Mozambique's procedural framework for the appraisal, selection, registration and monitoring of public investment projects across central and local levels. Projects are screened by the Committee for Coordination and Selection of Public Investment Projects (CCSPP); the technical secretariat sits in the DEEF. e-SNIP (launched Nov 2019) is the single repository for public investment information, supporting project-cycle quality control and integrated investment programming.
