Overview

Creates the Novo PAC as the federal government's flagship infrastructure-investment programme and sets up its governance: the Management Committee (Comitê Gestor do PAC) and Executive Group that coordinate selection, prioritisation, monitoring and inter-ministerial execution of investment projects across the programme's investment axes. It is the institutional regulation that operationalises large-project selection and monitoring under Casa Civil and the Ministry of Planning and Budget.
