Primary legislation establishing the legal regime for public-private partnership (PPP) contracts in Morocco — definitions, eligibility, prior evaluation (évaluation préalable), award procedures (competitive dialogue, open tender, negotiated procedure), risk allocation, contract duration and the institutional governance of PPPs. In force as amended by Loi 46-18 (Dahir 1-20-22 of 6 March 2020), which extended its scope to territorial collectivities and their public entities and created a National PPP Commission under the Head of Government. Administered by the DEPP within MEF.
