Successor decree on capital project management under Art. 54a of the Budget System Law: classification of capital projects, mandatory pre-investment and feasibility studies, criteria for appraisal, selection and prioritization, a centralized capital projects database (PIMIS), the Commission for Capital Projects, implementation monitoring and reporting, and ex-post evaluation of completed projects. Adopted 27 Aug 2026, published 28 Aug 2026 (Official Gazette RS No. 79/2026), in force 5 Sep 2026; repeals the 2023 decree (No. 79/23).
