Mozambique's long-term (20-year) national development strategy, approved by the Assembleia da República on 23 April 2025, setting the structural-transformation vision and priority pillars (national unity/peace/governance; structural transformation of the economy; social and demographic transformation; infrastructure and territorial organisation; environmental sustainability and climate). It is the apex strategic reference that orients medium-term plans, sectoral strategies and public investment priorities. Supersedes ENDE 2015-2035.
