Current public procurement regulation governing the contracting of public works, supply of goods and provision of services to the State and concessions. It sets the general rule of public tender, preference margins for national bidders and 'Made in Mozambique' goods, mandatory subcontracting thresholds for MSMEs, and the move to electronic public procurement. Supervised by UFSA (Unidade Funcional de Supervisão das Aquisições). Key control instrument for the execution stage of public investment projects.
