Overview

Establishes the Integrated Planning System (IPS) - the overarching framework ensuring that strategic planning, sectoral strategies, the MTBP and external assistance work coherently. The IPS provides the architecture within which public investment is planned in the short and medium term and links the National Strategy for Development and Integration to the budget. The IPS custodian function sits at the Prime Minister's Office (Department for Development and Good Governance).
