Overview

Methodological guide setting out the performance approach instituted by LOF 130-13: definition of public performance (socio-economic effectiveness, efficiency, service quality), construction of budget programs, objectives and indicators, and the preparation of projets/rapports de performance presented to Parliament with sectoral budgets. Provides the appraisal and accountability logic against which investment programmes are justified, monitored and evaluated. Complemented by the Guide de construction des programmes budgétaires.
