Overview

Establishes the model for state ownership supervision and management of State Treasury assets, including governance of companies with State Treasury participation (state-owned enterprises). Sets rules on the exercise of ownership rights, appointment of supervisory bodies and the principles of sound management of public assets, governing the framework within which SOEs undertake public investment.
