Regulates the proposal, evaluation and approval of PPP projects, monitoring of implementation, content of PPP contracts, small-value PPPs and the PPP register. Under the 2018 amendments the Ministry of Economy approves and monitors PPP projects and maintains the PPP register; private partner selection follows the Public Procurement / Concessions Acts.
