Presidential Decree of 7 August 2020 establishing the Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) as a public legal entity and approving its charter, with a Supervisory Board and Management Board appointed by the President. AIH centralizes corporate governance of major SOEs (SOCAR, AzerGold, Azerbaijan Railways, Port of Baku, IBA and others), aiming to improve transparency, efficiency, financial sustainability and the state's stewardship of SOE-channeled investment.
