Single State-level public procurement law applicable to all government levels in BiH. Adopted 2014 (in force November 2014), harmonized with the 2004/2007 EU procurement directives, and amended in 2022 (Sl. glasnik BiH 59/22) to add detail on procurement officers, EU-aligned exemptions, prior market consultation, mandatory division into lots, bidder eligibility, and conflict-of-interest/corruption exclusions. Governs the procurement of public investment works, supplies and services.
