Overview

Sets fiscal rules limiting general government spending, deficit and public debt, establishes the Fiscal Policy Commission and the annual Statement on Fiscal Responsibility. Provides the macro-fiscal envelope and accountability framework constraining public investment levels. Amended NN 83/2023.
