Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement and Directive 2014/23/EU on the award of concession contracts

Overview

The EU public procurement directives that establish the harmonised rules for the award of public contracts and concessions across the single market. Transposed into Irish law by S.I. No. 284 of 2016 (public authority contracts) and S.I. No. 203 of 2017 (concessions), they set the legal architecture governing competitive procurement of public investment in Ireland.
