Overview

Defines the principles, actors and instruments of national, regional and local development policy in Poland, including the system of development strategies (national, sectoral, voivodeship), the relationship to EU programming, and the framework for development programmes through which public investment is planned and prioritised. Provides the legal anchor for the medium-term national development strategy and the system of integrated strategy planning.
