Overview

Implements the PPA 2024-2027 by setting its governance arrangements and the procedures for management, monitoring, evaluation and revision of programmes. It establishes semiannual monitoring of priorities and annual monitoring of indicators, targets and deliverables, and an annual ordinary revision within 120 days of the LOA — defining how federal investment programmes are tracked and adjusted across the plan period.
