Framework law on public-private partnerships, regulating the establishment, award, implementation and monitoring of PPP contracts as an instrument for delivering public infrastructure and services, and assigning institutional roles (incl. the Public Property Agency). Amended by Law 193/2023 to align partly with EU concessions/procurement rules.

Amended by Law 193/2023. A new PPP law has been discussed but 179/2008 (as amended) remains in force. Verify legis.md doc_id for the PPP law (concessions law 121/2018 shares a similar register record).
