Overview

Planning guideline issued by the GNHC to agencies and local governments for the formulation of the Five Year Plan and annual programmes: setting National Key Result Areas / Key Performance Indicators, sectoral and Dzongkhag plan preparation, resource allocation criteria, project prioritisation and the linkage of plans to GNH. Defines the planning process and the methodology for selecting and sequencing public investments.
