Overview

Third amendment to the BUMN Law that overhauls SOE governance, embeds good corporate governance and sustainability principles, and establishes the Badan Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) as the state's investment management body, consolidating SOE asset management and reorienting it toward strategic national investment. Materially reshapes the institutional architecture for public investment via SOEs.
