Overview

The executive (implementing) regulations of the Unified Planning Law, issued in February 2024. They operationalise the law's requirements for transparent planning of public financing, the annual medium-term budgetary/fiscal strategy, ministry spending ceilings, and the rules and procedures governing preparation, appraisal and presentation of the public (capital) investment plan to Parliament.
