Overview

Implementing regulation of the revised SISTAFE Law (Lei 14/2020), setting out the detailed norms for budgetary, financial, patrimonial, accounting and internal-control management of the State, including the planning and budgeting and monitoring/evaluation subsystems. It is the operative secondary instrument governing how public investment is programmed, recorded and executed within the integrated PFM system.
