Overview

Establishes the Public Procurement Authority and the legal framework governing public procurement of goods, works and services, including procurement planning, methods, thresholds, tender evaluation, contract administration and administrative review. Act 914 (in force 1 July 2016) re-enacted Part Two and introduced decentralised procurement. Governs the procurement stage of the public investment project cycle.
