Overview

MEF methodological guidance directing public organs and institutions at central, provincial and district levels through the planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation cycle, supporting elaboration of the PES/OE, BdPES and REO under a common methodology. Operationalises the SISTAFE planning and budgeting subsystem and standardises how investment and recurrent expenditure are programmed and reported.
