Mozambique's updated Nationally Determined Contribution under the Paris Agreement, setting national mitigation and adaptation commitments and priority sectors (energy; agriculture, forestry and land use; infrastructure; waste; water/health/social protection). It shapes the climate-resilience and low-carbon screening of public investment and the case for climate finance, and is being aligned with the energy-transition strategy, PQG and ENDE.

Climate strategy. The in-force submitted instrument is the 2021 updated NDC (English at UNFCCC registry). NDC 3.0 is in preparation (provisional 2025-2026 version on the agriculture ministry site, recorded as original_doc_url) with the final version expected in 2026.
