Primary procurement statute governing the procedures, methods and institutional arrangements for public procurement of goods, works and consulting/other services by public entities. Establishes the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) and underpins competitive, transparent and economical use of public funds in the implementation phase of public investment projects.
