The core public investment management law: governs the planning, appraisal, approval, categorisation, financing, implementation and monitoring/evaluation of state-funded investment projects and the roles of the planning and finance authorities at central and local level. Article 18 (project categories and approval thresholds) was rewritten by Law No. 74/NA of 12 Dec 2024.
