Overview

State-level framework law on concessions for projects falling under BiH jurisdiction or spanning the Entities. Establishes the Commission for Concessions of BiH as an independent regulator and the conditions, procedures and contracts for granting concessions on public goods and infrastructure. Forms part of the legal basis for private participation in public investment.
