Overview

The mandatory suite of standard public works contracts, pre-qualification and tender documents, contract-management procedures and price-variation rules used for publicly funded construction projects. Issued by the Office of Government Procurement and applied to all bodies subject to the appraisal framework; gives operational effect to procurement law for capital works.
