Overview

This law governs the financial resources of Decentralised Territorial Collectivities and the organisation, functioning and attributions of their organs, complementing organic law 2014-018. It is central to sub-national financing and the fiscal dimension of decentralised public investment. It was subsequently amended by Loi n.2015-008.
