Framework law governing the promotion of private investment through Public-Private Partnerships (APP) and Projects in Assets, declaring such promotion a national interest to close infrastructure gaps and boost competitiveness. Unifies the institutional framework and processes for PPP project development. A consolidated TUO was approved by D.S. 195-2023-EF.
