The Republic of Serbia adopted a new Decree on Capital Projects ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 79/2023) in September 2023. This regulation replaced the 2019 decree and became applicable on April 1, 2023, aimed at reforming how the state plans, selects, and executes major infrastructure projects.
